When you use our contact form, we may collect:

Our hosting provider may also process standard technical information required to operate and secure the website, such as your IP address, browser information, device information and request logs.

If you accept analytics, we may also collect information about how you use the website, such as pages visited, interactions, approximate location, device and browser information, session data, heatmaps and recordings of navigation on the website. Form fields and sensitive content are not intended to be recorded.

Please do not send passports, permits, financial information, health information or other sensitive documents through the contact form.

We do not use information submitted through the contact form for advertising or newsletters unless we ask for your separate consent.

Our current service providers include:

• Netlify, Inc., which hosts the website, processes form submissions and provides spam filtering;
• Google LLC, which provides Google Analytics 4;
• Microsoft Corporation, which provides Microsoft Clarity;
• Brevo, which manages newsletter subscriptions and sends our newsletter;
• our email service provider, which is used to receive form notifications and communicate with you.

We may also disclose information where required by law or by a competent public authority.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

5. International data transfers

Some of our service providers, including Netlify, Google and Microsoft, are based in the United States. Information processed through our website or newsletter may therefore be transferred to or processed in the United States and in other countries where our providers or their service providers operate.

Where personal data is transferred internationally, appropriate contractual and legal safeguards are used where required by applicable data protection law.

Contact requests are normally retained for up to 24 months after our last exchange.

Information may be retained for longer where necessary to provide an ongoing service, manage a contractual relationship, establish or defend legal claims, or comply with legal obligations.

Newsletter subscription data is retained while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we may retain limited information necessary to record and respect your opt-out request.

Analytics data is retained according to our settings and the applicable provider’s retention periods. Google Analytics event-level data may be retained for up to 14 months. Microsoft Clarity generally retains session recordings for 30 days and click, heatmap and certain session data for up to 9 months.

Data that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymised.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the website and to improve its content, usability and performance. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies and process information about your device, browser, approximate location, pages visited and interactions with the website. Microsoft Clarity also provides heatmaps and session recordings.

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are optional and are not loaded unless you accept analytics. You can refuse them without affecting the essential operation of the website and can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link.

We do not use advertising cookies.

8. How do we protect your data?

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

However, no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
